Automatic Bottle Cap Torque Tester - Application:

This professional Automatic Bottle Cap Tester performs the Bottle Cap Torque Test at the touch of a button, the large Color Touchscreen Display conveniently presents the Sample Test Parameters and the Sample Test Result together with a colorful Graph and the seamless PC Connectivity and the PC Software offer additional features including advanced Sample Test Analysis, Sample Test Data Management, Sample Test Data Sharing and much more.

De Bottle Cap Test is performed to measure the torque required to open or close a bottle cap or a bottle closure. This test is important in industries such as the beverage industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the medical industry, the cosmetics industry , the chemical industry and many more, where proper sealing of bottles is critical for product integrity and consumer safety.

Bottle Cap Test Preparations:

• Carefully secure the bottle or the container in the Sample Holder and ensure it is stable and properly aligned.
• Attach the appropriate testing equipment, such as a torque tester or torque measurement device, to the bottle cap or closure. Ensure that the testing equipment is calibrated and set up according to the test specifications.
• If applicable, fill the bottle with the product to the desired level.

• De Bottle Cap Torque Test continues until the Bottle Cap or the Bottle Closure reaches its specified endpoint, for example, fully opening or fully closing or until a predetermined torque limit is reached.
• De Maximum Torque Value measured during the Bottle Cap Torque Test and the test parameters any relevant observations are recorded.
